The car purchase journey is so complicated and daunting that 90% of buyers are now arming themselves with the facts before even visiting a dealer.

The journey becomes even more complicated for female buyers, who despite buying 62% of all new cars in the USA (and influencing 85%) are three times more likely to have a bad dealer experience than a man.

Further more, LGBT+ and ethnicities other than ’white’ suffer similarly.

Clearly structured flows quickly establish where the user is in within the purchase process and adjusts intelligently and appropriately.

The learning process, equal for KAI and the user, helps us understand and document the precise needs of the car buyer, regardless of gender, ethnicity or social standing.

After a defined period of learning from multiple users and experiences, the wealth of information is used to create the template for an intelligent machine learning platform that either sets the traditional dealer process in action, or removes it entirely.

Key learnings from the platform are analysed and collated to create an open source documentation of the ideal purchase platform and process.

This information, is then publicly shared across the industry.
