Creating a brand vision for Audi that revolutionises not only how it sells product, but also how it engages with it’s customer base.
Audi asked Razorfish Berlin to come up with immediate (2), 5 and 10 year plan for diversification and increased relevance with their customer base.
We engaged the client with initial tissue sessions and workshops, drawing user journeys and plans by hand (sometimes live) to encourage debate and participation.
These learnings were then adding into more polished designs and strategies.
